A new beginning

Hey guys! If you didn't know, i recently just started my new year in high school. The couple days before, I was very scared. The fact that i might not see some faces anymore..the ones that i usually see almost everyday.  I was scared of meeting new people and making new friends. I was scared that i wont be close to any of my friends from elementary anymore, scared of starting over.

Two months had passed since i had started high school... This is my experience: 

Honestly, if i had to choose between high school or elementary school, i would choose high school. Yes, don't get me wrong, i love my elementary school & everything about it! The people, teachers, friends and my over all experience. I wouldn't change one thing.. All the people i became close with.. words cant describe how much i love and miss them. They aren't even friends, they are more like family(: 

High school is a new experience that is pretty scary, but you'll get the hang of it.

It's different and although you might not recognize the faces that pass by in the hall, its alright.

Put it this way, high school is like a new beginning where you step out of your bubble and become more independent. The people you usually hang out with will find other friends, but so will you! Don't be scared to lose your old ones, because true friendships will last a lifetime! <33

Back To School Season!

Hello fellow blog enthusiasts! :D
It's that time of the year again....BACK TO SCHOOL! I bet a lot of you are dreading it and some may actually be excited. I am, just cause I'm a huge geek and I actually enjoy going to school. I know, NERD!~ Ahaha xD Anyway, for many of you, you will be starting a new chapter in your lives. Whether it's middle school or high school or even college/university. For us four, we're going to be starting high school. AHHHH! The fact that we're skipping on to a new milestone, it's a mix of emotions. It's scary, nerve-wracking, exciting and possibly every other emotion out there. You know, us crazy hormoned teenagers :P So, I've decided to make a back to school section to just help you guys out so we can go through this together. To school shopping all the way to study tips and recipes.




So...today, for this week, I'm going to help you guys out with what you're gonna need and all that jazz. Keep in mind that these are just some ideas that you could use. You don't have to of course. It is your choice. Okay, so with that said. Let's get started.

Some things that have helped me in school:




1. An Accordion Folder
~ This puppy right here is a life saver. It just kept me so organized and saved me from hauling my heavy binders home. I would say that this was definitely a must-have for me.


2. A Calculator
~ Yeah, I guess this one's kinda of mandatory in some schools, but this really is important. Trust me, you don't want to be that person who's always hogging other people's calculators. Guilty as charged.

3. Pens
~ I know that some teachers are very strict about only using pens, so what I like to do is get all the colourful ones. Just because I like doodling and making my notes all colourful  XD I recommend BIC's Cristal 1.6mm pens, just because they work SO well. And they just glide. It's honestly a heavenly pen. It's just so beautiful.

4. White Out
~ I know that some schools actually don't allow the liquid white out because of the smell, so it's always just a good idea to get the tape ones. Guys, it really works. Like I said, some teachers are very strict about only using pens, so white out is definitely something that had helped me in school.

The rest are just the obvious ones. You could not use all the things on this list. Really whatever helps you is perfect.

Ice Cream Cookie Sandwich (:

Hey lovelies!
I bet you could already tell that this is another recipe post (: Well, you're right. Since, it's now summer time and the weather is getting warmer, and we're all getting hotter ( both ways XD ), this is a super easy recipe that you can whip up in just 10 seconds. Super easy and super yummy (: Here it goes..


What you need:

-Two cookies of your choice
-Ice cream of your choice
-Spoon

What you need to do:

1. Scoop up your ice cream.
2. Smear on the ice cream onto one cookie.
3. Pop the other cookie onto the ice creamed one.

And now you're done. Simple as three easy steps (:

Different combinations you could do:

-Chocolate Cookie with Raspberry or Strawberry Ice Cream
-Chocolate Chip Cookie with Vanilla Ice Cream
-Oatmeal Cookie with Blueberry or Lemon Ice Cream

Those are just some combinations you could try. Now it's your turn to experiment with the different flavours. Good Luck & Enjoy! :D

 Hello beautifuls ....and handsomes? XD

Oh gosh. It's been a while. Last month has just flown by. So many things have changed for all 4 of us. Including....GRADUATION! WOOHOO! :D ...Grade Eight....four more years to go XD Anyway, Grad, I think was definitely the highlight of June..and possibly the whole year? It was a blast. So many things happened and everyone looked stunning. It was a glamorous and cool night. Honestly, grade eight wasn't the best year, but grad definitely paid it off. The whole night happened so quickly. We entered the ballroom as grade eights, but we all left as graduates and soon-to-be minor niners. For me, I had all these mixed emotions inside of me. It's a memory that I definitely don't want to forget. Our elementary years have had many ups and downs. It's been a crazy 10 years. I've had the pleasure to meet these 3 incredible and beautiful ladies who coincidentally have become my other half, my best friends/losers (; I love them to death, and I wouldn't know what to do without them. So, when you guys read this. I just want to say thanks for putting up with that crazy loser kid in the back corner of the room, who can be loud, weird and....somehow calm? I owe this year all to guys, without you, this year wouldn't have been incredible. And thanks to you guys for checking out our blog and accepting us crazy kids. DIY Avocado Face & Hair Mask! :D

Hey Fireflies♥
It's Amanda here! I thought this would be a fun DIY (Do It Yourself) for all you girls (and guys xD) out there! It's a simple but efficient homemade Avocado mask :) This mask can be used for both your face and your hair! I love making and using this mask. It's very easy and most of the ingredients used can be found at your local market. You probably even have these ingredients in your kitchen! The 3 ingredients are:

1. Half of an Avocado 
2. 2 tbsp of Honey
3. 2 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

This mask literally only takes 5 minutes to make! Let's get started! :) 

1. Cut an Avocado in half, and spoon out one half of the avocado into a bowl.
2. Put 2 tbsp of Honey into the same bowl.
3. Put 2 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil into the bowl also.
4. Mix and stir it altogether.
5. Apply to your hair or face.
6. Leave it in for 15-30 minutes.
7. Rinse and wash off. Go on with your regular hair care routine and/or face routine. 

Your hair and face will be left feeling soft, lush, healthy and shiny. Do this mask 2-3 times a week and you will see amazing results! Just remember though, beauty comes from within. Be in confident in your own skin. Oh that just rhymed! ;D You guys are all beautiful. Just wanted to say that :) Hope you guys found this helpful and will try it out! Movie Reviews! The Great Gatsby! and Iron Man 3! :D

Hello old sports! It's Eunipen here. I decided to write movie reviews on movies that I recently watched. These are all just my opinions, and what I thought of the movies. So, hope you guys, decide to watch one of these movies (: Enjoy (:

The Great Gatsby
I recently watched The Great Gatsby, and I personally loved it. It was beautiful and displayed love and money in such a well manner. In other words....IT WAS SUPER DUPER AMAZING! The movie displayed the book really well. I loved the costumes and the acting was well done. The sets were beautiful. It was such an overwhelming moving. It got me in all these different emotions. I was sad at one point then happy to truly just devastated. Leonardo DiCaprio is a genius. I personally love him. He is just incredible. This movie was overall mind-blowingly awesome XD If you're into romance movies with some action, definitely go check this movie out. You have to watch it. I can't describe how awesome it is! 

Rating out of 1-10: 8-9

 Iron Man 3
If you enjoy superhero movies, then this is the movie for you. Although Iron Man has never really seemed interesting to me (I'm a Spider man/ Bat man kind of girl XD), Iron Man 3 was amazing. The character Tony stark is so cool and awesome in his little sarcastic way. The effects were great. I loved the plot. It had so many parts where I didn't see coming. It was action-packed but at the same time it was funny. Robert Downey Jr. (Iron Man), had me laughing a lot. It's definitely different from all the other superhero movies. It's awesome (: Go check it out (:

Rating out of 1-10: 7

HEEEEYYY!!! it's Cindy, i haven't  been posting a lot lately! Sorry :$ Thanks Eunice for my birthday btw! Im REALLY sorry for not posting anything up in soo long D: like what Eunice said, its been quite a month (May & April) iunno.. I just don't really have the time now a days! but i will try to post something once a week! If you're really bored and have nothing to do at home you should try doing some of these things:

-Watch: The walking Dead!~  Oh EM GEEE! best series eevvaa! finished all 3 seasons in just a few weeks. Not even kidding!
- Watch: Once Upon A Time~ series! ALSO AMAZING! Its a bit hard to explain what it is about..so just watch it!
- There's lots of series you could watch online like: Pretty lil liars, degrassi, GLEE..etc. (wesite called: Projectfreetv.com ) iunno if it has all the series though! but most! (;
- IRON MAN 3!~ MY FAVOURITE MOVIE!!!! (:
- Play: BUBBLE BUST!~ an app on my IPhone! my mom was the one who recommended it to me, LOL but its a really fuun game! (it's free)
-Go on:  Instagram!~ A really cool social network app! 
-Ride a bike~ If you just want to take a break from everything (e.g. drama, family.. etc.) riding your bike really helps.
- Decorate your room~ I am the type of person to always change my room.. iunno after a while, i always get bored of the look and try to change it. It's actually pretty fun! At the end, im usually pretty happy with it! (:

Nutella Hot Chocolate

 Nutella Hot Chocolate?! Say What?!:D

Hello my magical unicorns! (: It's Eunipen. Sorry none of us have been posting things lately, we've all been pretty busy, but we'll get back to posting things in no time (: So for today, I've decided to share with you guys a recipe (: Since, I am a Nutella addict like Mandy, I'll be showing you how to make Nutella Hot Chocolate (: It's simple, fast and not to mention super duper tasty (: So, let's get started :D

Ingredients:

-Nutella (one spoonful or as much as you desire)
-Spoon (like that wasn't obvious XD)
-Milk
-Small pot
-Optional: Cinnamon

Directions (ONE DIRECTION! For all you crazy Directioners (; Yeah, Zayn is super hot XD) : 

Step 1:
 Grab your small pot and out it on the stove. Turn it on to high.

Step 2:
Pour the milk in about 1 cupful, or as much as you want. 

Step 3:
Get your spoonful of Nutella( or as much as you want) and put it in the boiling milk.

Step 4:
The Nutella will melt into the milk. Turn off the stove when the milk is nice and hot and the milk has turn brown and chocolatey :D 

Step 5: 
Pour your hot chocolate into a mug/cup (: 

Step 6(optional): 
Put in a pinch of cinnamon and whip cream. And what the heck, some marshmallows too (:

Snack Recipe: Nutella Toast (or sandwich) filled with Banana

 Nutella Toast (or sandwich) Recipe

 

  

 Hey guys! It's Mandy here :D I wanted to share a recipe with you guys that doesn't take a lot of time! It's great for those times when you want a snack that's a bit more tastier, and your go to "late night snacks" that the whole family will love! It's healthy, nutritious, and delicious! :D I just rhymed! :D lol, anyways, here's what you will need:

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 or 2 Breads of your choice. (2 for a sandwich)
• As much of nutella as you'd like, until each bread is fully covered and spread with nutella
• Half a banana (medium sized)   

PREPARATIONS:

1. Toast your bread/s to your desired crunchiness. 
2. Spread as much nutella on your toast/s.
3. Cut up the banana into small pieces.
4. Lastly, put the banana pieces on top of your nutella toast.
5. For a sandwich, just place the other toast onto your first toast with nutella and banana.
